SHIPPING & RETURNS

Artisan care takes time. Buying an Aurelia piece means choosing a handmade product, far from the logic of fast fashion. Every order is handled with the utmost dedication to guarantee you an excellent standard of quality.

Production times: Since every piece is handmade, not all products are ready to ship, and preparation times can vary from 2 to 7 business days. For made-to-measure pieces, times will be communicated during the consultation.

Shipping
We ship Aurelia pieces worldwide. In ITALY shipping costs €8.
For shipping within EUROPE the cost is €15.
For other INTERNATIONAL shipments, costs vary by region.

Returns and Exchanges
Standard products: If for any reason the piece doesn’t meet your expectations, you have 14 days from receipt to request a return. The product must be intact, unused and in its original packaging.
Made-to-measure pieces: The right of withdrawal is excluded for made-to-measure or clearly personalized products (pursuant to Art. 59 of the Italian Consumer Code).

Refunds
Once we receive your return, we’ll check that the piece is in its original condition. Following a successful inspection, we’ll process the refund within 14 days, which you’ll receive directly to the payment method chosen at the time of the order.

To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.
