Terms and Conditions of Sale

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter “Terms”) govern the purchase of products made remotely through the website aureliaofficial.it (hereinafter “Site”). By placing an order on the Site, the Customer declares to have read, understood and fully accepted these Terms.

1. Seller Information

2. Products

The products offered are handcrafted lingerie, corsetry and swimwear pieces, available both in standard sizes and made to measure.

As these are handmade products, the images and descriptions published on the Site are purely illustrative. Slight variations in color, shade, texture or finish compared to the images are to be considered normal characteristics of handmade craftsmanship and do not constitute a product defect.

Product availability is indicative and may vary. Not all items are available for immediate shipping.

3. Prices

All prices shown on the Site are expressed in Euros (€) and are inclusive of VAT, where applicable. Prices do not include shipping costs, which are shown separately before order confirmation.

The Seller reserves the right to change prices at any time. The price applied will in any case be the one shown on the Site at the time the order is placed.

4. Conclusion of the Contract

To make a purchase, the Customer selects the desired products, adds them to the cart and completes the order process by following the instructions on the Site.

Submitting the order constitutes an offer to purchase. The contract is considered concluded when the Customer receives, at the email address provided, confirmation of order acceptance from the Seller.

The Seller reserves the right not to accept incomplete, inconsistent or anomalous orders, and will notify the Customer accordingly.

5. Made-to-Measure Products

For items made to measure or customized at the Customer’s request, the specifications, production times and any special conditions are agreed upon during the dedicated consultation.

The Customer is expressly notified that, pursuant to Article 59 of the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), the right of withdrawal is excluded for goods made to measure or clearly personalized. See Article 8.

6. Payment Methods

Payment for products can be made using the methods indicated on the Site’s checkout page, including PayPal.

Payment data is processed directly by the respective payment service providers, through secure and protected connections. The Seller does not have access to, nor does it store, the Customer’s payment card data.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Production times. Since every piece is handmade, order preparation times may vary from 2 to 7 business days. For made-to-measure pieces, times are communicated to the Customer during the consultation.

Shipping areas and costs. Aurelia ships worldwide.

  • Italy: €8.00
  • International shipping: the cost varies depending on the destination area and is shown at checkout.

Delivery times run from the shipment of the order and depend on the courier and the destination. Any delays attributable to the courier are not directly attributable to the Seller.

For international shipments to non-EU countries, any customs duties, taxes or import charges are the Customer’s responsibility, in accordance with the regulations of the destination country.

8. Right of Withdrawal

Pursuant to Articles 52 et seq. of the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), the consumer Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract, without providing any reason, within 14 days from the date of receipt of the products.

How to exercise the right. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must communicate their decision within the indicated period by writing to: aureliastudio.lab@gmail.com, stating the order number and the products for which they intend to withdraw.

Return of products. The Customer is required to return the products within 14 days of communicating the withdrawal. Products must be returned intact, unused, complete with all components and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the Customer’s responsibility, unless otherwise indicated.

Exclusions. The right of withdrawal is excluded, pursuant to Article 59 of the Italian Consumer Code, for products made to measure or clearly personalized.

For hygiene reasons, the Customer is invited to handle lingerie items with care, keeping any hygiene protections and original tags: their removal or evident use of the item may affect the right to a refund.

9. Refunds

Upon receipt of the return, the Seller verifies that the products are in their original condition. If the inspection is successful, the Seller will process the refund within 14 days, crediting the amount to the same payment method used by the Customer when placing the order.

The Seller may withhold the refund until the returned products have been received, or until proof of their shipment has been provided by the Customer.

10. Returns and Exchanges

In addition to the right of withdrawal referred to in Article 8, if a standard product does not meet the Customer’s expectations, a return may be requested within 14 days of receipt, provided the product is intact, unused and in its original packaging.

11. Legal Warranty of Conformity

All products sold are covered by the legal warranty of conformity provided for under Articles 128 et seq. of the Italian Consumer Code, for defects of conformity that appear within 24 months of delivery of the goods.

Natural variations typical of handmade craftsmanship are not considered defects of conformity, nor is wear resulting from normal use of the item or improper use.

12. Limitation of Liability

The Seller is not responsible for service disruptions or malfunctions related to the use of the internet that are beyond its control, nor for damages resulting from use of the product that does not comply with the instructions provided.

13. Processing of Personal Data

The Customer’s personal data is processed in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable law. For further information, please refer to the Privacy Notice and Cookie Policy published on the Site.

14. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

Pursuant to Article 14 of Regulation (EU) 524/2013, the consumer Customer is informed of the possibility of using the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform, accessible at: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Italian law.

For relationships with consumer Customers, the court of the place of residence or domicile of the consumer, if located in Italy, has exclusive jurisdiction. For non-consumer Customers, the court of the place where the Seller is based has exclusive jurisdiction.

16. Changes to the Terms

The Seller reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. The applicable Terms are those in force on the date the order is placed.
