Useful information about Aurelia pieces
Are Aurelia pieces ready to ship or made to order?
Aurelia’s philosophy is built on sustainability and artisan excellence. To avoid
overproduction and ensure the utmost care in every detail, many of our pieces are
made on demand. Most pieces take 2 to 7 business days to be
cut and sewn in our atelier before shipping. For made-to-measure pieces, production times
will be communicated during the consultation.
How can I find my ideal size?
Inside every product page you’ll find a detailed Size Guide with measurements
in centimeters (bust, underbust, waist and hips). As these are artisan and often structured pieces
(like our corsetry), precision is essential.
Do you offer a customization or made-to-measure service?
We want every Aurelia piece to fit like a second skin. If your measurements don’t
match the standard chart, or if you have any doubts about the fit of a piece, you can write to us at
aureliastudio.lab@gmail.com or fill out the CONTACT form. We’ll be happy to help you
choose the right size or offer you our made-to-measure service.
How should I wash and care for my Aurelia lingerie?
Fine lingerie and high-end beachwear require gentle handling to preserve the
beauty of the fabrics over time:
• Washing: We strictly recommend hand washing in lukewarm water with a
neutral detergent for delicate garments. Absolutely avoid vigorous rubbing and
bleach.
• Drying: Do not use the dryer. Dry the pieces flat, in the shade and
away from direct heat sources.
• Ironing: Do not iron.
Shipping
What are the shipping times and costs?
• Italy: Shipping costs €8. Delivery times from
when the parcel is handed to the courier are 24-48 hours.
• International: We ship worldwide. Costs and times vary depending on the destination
country.
How can I track my order?
As soon as your parcel leaves the atelier, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing the tracking
code to follow your order’s journey in real time.
Returns
Can I make a return or exchange a size?
Yes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You can request a return
within 14 days of receiving the parcel.
• Pieces must not have been worn, washed or damaged, and must retain the
original tag and any warranty seal.
• For hygiene reasons, lingerie and swimwear must be tried on over
your own underwear and must not have the hygienic protection
removed.
Important note: Pieces made entirely to measure or customized specifically at the
customer’s request cannot be returned or refunded.
How do I start a return?
Simply send an email to aureliastudio.lab@gmail.com stating your order
number and the reason for the return. You’ll receive full detailed instructions on how to proceed with
shipping.
